Our Policies

Appointment Times and Rates

  • Appointments are booked Monday – Saturday.
  • A minimum of 3 consecutive hours is booked per appointment.
  • Please schedule a phone consultation to learn more about our customized approach.



  • All clients must sign a standard Client-Organizer Agreement prior to beginning their first appointment.


  • Payment is preferred the same day, at the end of the appointment. Payments are also accepted in cash, check, or by using our secure online transaction page. Payment options can be customized.
  • Special projects are billed as agreed upon.
  • Receipts are emailed to clients.


  • Parties must provide at least 48 hours notice of an appointment cancellation/change in order to avoid fees.
